Meet CELA Staff
  • Eka Grigalava
    Eka Grigalava is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across public, private, and civil sectors. She served as Deputy Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia from 2015 to 2017. Eka contributed to international energy infrastructure projects, including the Trans Adriatic Pipeline and BP, from 2005 to 2019, focusing on stakeholder relations, corporate social responsibility, compliance, public engagement, and sustainability reporting. She previously coordinated civic and gender programs at NDI Georgia, holding an MA in Public Administration from GIPA (2001). Eka's involvement with CELA dates back to 2008, and she currently serves as its Executive Director since May 2023.

  • Dina Iglikova
    Dina Iglikova, an exprienced professional, boasts 14 years of experience spanning project management, politico-military affairs, healthcare, and youth development. She holds graduate degrees in International Security from the University of Warwick and Political Science from the OSCE Academy. Dina's healthcare work, notably as Executive Director of the Kazakhstan Association of Family Physicians addressed pressing issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Concurrently, she managed the OSCE-funded Central Asian Youth Network from 2009 to 2018, fostering young leaders across Central Asia, Mongolia, and Afghanistan. Dina also delves into storytelling, Central Asian art, and emerging technologies. She is an active CELA member since 2015 and currently serves as CELA's Communications & PR consultant since July 2023.
