Dina Iglikova
Dina Iglikova, an experienced professional, boasts more than a decade of experience spanning project management, politico-military affairs, healthcare, and youth development. She holds graduate degrees in International Security from the University of Warwick and Political Science from the OSCE Academy. Dina's healthcare work, notably as Executive Director of the Kazakhstan Association of Family Physicians, addressed pressing issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Concurrently, she managed the OSCE-funded Central Asian Youth Network from 2009 to 2018, fostering young leaders across Central Asia, Mongolia, and Afghanistan. Dina is also into storytelling, Central Asian art, and emerging technologies. She has been an active CELA member since 2015 and has been serving as CELA's Communications & PR consultant since July 2023.
